I have a large number of Samsung sm-g93XX phones that are giving me fits when I try to reset FRP. I follow the usual mode of flashing combination file, then resetting FRP via ADB. The software says the FRP is reset, I factory reset the phone (tried via settings and recovery), but the FRP remains.
The thing I can think of is the phones that the FRP reset stick on have "Allow OEM Unlock" in the developer options and the ones that the FRP reset doesn't work on do not have that option.
Any ideas?
