HTC D516 USB connection problem [Answered]

I have feel problem to connect device for repair on emmc. I tried more in Qualcomm device to connect repair but I can't do any of them in usb please help me to connecting device on medusa pro. Here is the log of HTC 516..

it will continues trying but not detecting. Driver is detect as QHSusb9008 properly.. help me to solve this
