Good afternoon, I have a problem with my Medusa pro box
I had used it a few days ago for a jtag and everything was fine
but today, I went to connect and just turn on the red screen of pwr and the lights that are in the port of service!
The pc does not recognize it, I reinstalled drivers, I changed cables 3 times
and nothing at all
I used the method you have on youtube for when the pc does not take it (with captin) but it remains exactly the same
It was under warranty but here it is impossible to send it
If possible, a help will be appreciated
