VTR-L09 bricked after convert demo to retail

Hi, I changed the country from demo in eu and then I made the flash with this firmware VTR-L09C432B185, now the phone starts appears the logo and reboots, if I go into recovery and try to do the factory reset fails me and the same in eRecovery.
