BLL-L21 No service after board firmware

i tried many times to revive with partial flash , but the phone still stuck on logo , my last option was to full flash i knew i was going to face network problem , my question i didn't wipe oeminfo, but wiped everything else , the device booted and i finished the repair process but no service , what are the partitions that i need to fix (or even get from another working phone) in order to get the signal back ?
