Huawei P8 Lite ALE-L21

Received this phone , when power on crash at Huawei logo , have tryed to flash with 3 diferent oficial APP , have flashed without errors

when finished flash process phone restart and goes direct to FASTBOOT & RESCUE MODE and have two error messages.

Any way to solve this ?
