Hello team, i have problems with the smart card of my z3x box, the software does not open, so i did open the shell, i try to upgrade but the program says card not found. i dont know what happen with the card, yesterday was working fine and today pufff, no smart card detected, i already clean the box and the smart card, reinstall drivers and the same result, i put the z3x smart card in another box and nothing, i put setool card on z3x box and works very well the setool program open and works fine, so the z3x smart card is broken, can you help me to move all my activations and credits to a new card please ?
