where is supporter please answer

Hi supporter I have 2 pcs sigma box one is full activated but not work
SigmaKey v.2.31.00 build 01
Looking for S-Card... Not found (card readers searched: 1 of 3)
give error like these I think problem is smart card serial is 99448..

my another box working with no activation 559626
Pack 1: Not activated
Pack 2: Not activated
Pack 3: Not activated

I backup my activation codes for three pack from not working cord like
pack1 pack2 pack3 I can sent you codes please help me activate my box with 559626 thanks four your help please I cant do any think sorry for my bad english
