why not allow update the dongle

last year i bought gc pro dongle online ,until few month ago when gcpro team force users update software ,but i can't update always say error ,so i follow you are thread i write email to them , but no reply .then i go to office website https://www.gcprokey.com/ leave a message .i tell my problem .still no reply me .offfice web always offline !!!
last way i contact people who sell dongle to me ,he ask me the log of update card .but nothing done .
i don't know what should i do .very bad server.i don't have any option .if i post here my log and still can't update will throw with rubbish forever .
