HTV33 japan u11 imei 0 ... can’t repair.. please help

Tried to do sim unlocking...

after trying all options in xtc2clip box and power adapter

Get my imei 0...

Tried to repair... software says it’s all done

But nothing... my imei still 0

can you please help me...

any support for this model??
