Finally T380 u3 FRP unlock done by Z3X PRO

t380 mob tap only
1st download combination file (u1 u2 u3 chose yr tap binary)
2nd flash combi then reset frp ( t580)
3rd download full file then flash aboot boot recovery system then tap on home
screen then oem unlock then again full flash
