I have tried to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S10+ from Verizon, model SM-G975U which is supported by Z3x, i ran Read Codes Via server action and everything was fine... the process completed successful but... i got 8-digits code... which are wrong of course cos it should be a 16-digits code.... anyway.. code are useless... i flashed the phone in order to have a fresh system... and ran the action again..... result same 8-digits code... so... no phone unlocked.. and 10 credists lost.... what should i do Z3x?
