XT1722 Software stop and close

Hi there!
When i try to write imei over XT1772 addon file give ERROR
But if i try with XT1771 or XT1773 start to work, read all HW info then when software say initializing... Software close

Working over Win10 x64 with Sigma SW ver 2.31.00.01
